Are these sentences correct:

1) These are things I know who can repair.
(I know who can repair these things.)

2) These are places I know who to send to.
( I know who to send to these places.)

2) and it's rephrasing are both wrong. Better: "I know where to send these things."

You could say: "I know whom to send to these places."
