I know well about me/ myself?

I know well about me/ myself?

I have heard "I know well about me" but as far as I know, "I know well about myself" is grammatically correct, but I am not sure of it. So what do you native English speakers use and feel about the sentence? Thank you so much in advance.

Hi,

Both are very strange sentences that no native speaker is at all likely to say.

Much more natural is 'I know myself well', meaning 'I understand my own character well'.
