I just watched video. Can you tell me what you think?

http://www.nba.com/video/channels/nba_tv/2012/01/31/20120130_blake_dunk_talk.nba

At 1 minute 26 seconds, commentator says

People are trying to rank where that is in terms of one of the best dunks of all times.

Shouldn't it be something like

People are trying to figure out where this ranks in terms of the best dunk of all times.
People are trying to figure out where this ranks among the best dunk of all times.

Regards,

Hi, People are trying to rank where that is in terms of one of the best dunks of all times. It sounds better if you use the plural form. Sports commentators are well-known for using poor grammar and awkward phrases.
