I just can't fill this in... Would anyone help me, please?

Hello everyone!

I've already posted this here, but I forgot to add that I had already try to complete the exercise and so I was turned down (it seemed I didn't want help but all the work done for me). When I added it, no one saw it, as the question was too old and wasn't shown among the first ones here. So here I post it again, hoping that you can help me.

This is the exercise:

Complete the following extracts from the job advertisements using the following words from the list:

numerate/proactive/self-motivated/talented/team-players/systematic/computer-literate/self-starters/self-driven/methodical/organized/motivated/

I. You´ll need to be _________, as you´ll be working on financial budgets.
II. As part of our team, you´ll be working independently, so you have to be self-_____ and self-_______ .
III. We´re looking for someone who can work on ten projects at once. You must be ____________ / ____________ and ____________ .
IV. We need ____________ journalists who are very good at their job and extremely __________________ to find out as much as they can.
V. You´ll be researching developments on the Internet, so you have to be ________ - ___________. You must be ______________, able to work on your own initiative, and a ________ - __________.

And this is what I've managed to do:

team-players/organized - the "leftovers"

I. You´ll need to be numerate, as you´ll be working on financial budgets.
II. As part of our team, you´ll be working independently, so you have to be self-driven and self-motivated.
III. We´re looking for someone who can work on ten projects at once. You must be methodical/systematic and proactive.
IV. We need talented journalists who are very good at their job and extremely motivated to find out as much as they can.
V. You´ll be researching developments on the Internet, so you have to be computer-literate. You must be self-starters, able to work on your own initiative, and a _______ - __________.

As you can see, the number of the words to use doesn't even match the number of the blanks. Sure, it can be a part of the exercise, but it doesn't seem so to me, at least not in this case.

Top answer

The possible choices seem to fit into various blanks, but your answers look OK. None of the choices seems to fit grammatically into the blanks in V.
