Please correct/edit the following text:
I, Jackson Heights, authorized Jane Austen to act as my representative in Ireland during admission process for Saint Jacob College. I forwarded her the college fees in her account and she was the one who submitted the fees for two semesters as required by the college to Saint Jacob College. As I didn't apply for visa in Ireland Embassy because I met an accident so now I want to enroll in January program. As my fees are still there with you so now I again authorize Jane Austen to act as my representative. She can again use the fees to enroll me in January session.

"Sarah," would not be an acceptable salutation for a letter concerning application to a university, in the traditional sense. It may be okay when communicating by Email. I'm only guessing.
