"I hope" used with Future Simple/Present Simple

As far as I know, we should use Present Simple after we use "I hope" but I heard that Future Simple was also possible.
E.g: 1) I hope, it doesn'r rain tomorrow;
2) I hope, it won't rain tomorrow.
What is the difference between using Future Simple and Present Simple after "I hope"?
Thank you.
