" I hope to have the chance to contribute my experience, and drive to excel to your program and fellow workers"

What does this exactly mean?

I hope to have the chance to contribute my experience, and drive to excel to your program and fellow workers"

Does it mean I will make the program better or I will be better than other people in the program? Thanks
