I hope to get revision for my motivation letter to apply for a scholarship

'm from Palestine . I'm new here and this first time for me to write a motivation letter to apply for a scholarship since my English is not good enough. I hope to get revision on my letter and also I need to get advise regarding the best place in the letter for writing my address and university address too.

I would like to apply for your master's scholarship program at your university for the autumn of 2014. My interesting is to pursue the management because I'm specialized in this field and I believe strongly pursuing this degree will prepare me to achieve my long-term objectives.
After earning my undergraduate degree in business administration from the Islamic University in Gaza, in 2001, I worked for various places. Over 10 years of working in trading companies as administrator then as manager, I have gained and improved my skills. Firstly, I worked for father's business. I remember his exciting feeling when he saw results of management implementation I had engendered in his organization. I was able to manage perfectly his office and improve the quality of his business after decades in random behaviors and administrative chaos. Also, I was responsible for planning, organizing tasks effectively in other companies, and was able to achieve all administrative responsibilities that facilitated the smooth running of the office. Moreover, I was responsible for communicating and coordinating between different activities. My jobs were good opportunity to improve skills and enhance knowledge and determine the priorities.

Nowadays, my hope is to be a professional teacher and a sophisticated trainer in business administration and international management .it was my desire since studding at the university. I love much this field. As a student I struggled to understand how to manage myself and organize people around me. During my study and experience, I learned much more than an abstract theory. Practicing management taught me to believe in myself and build confidence into others. I become able to participate opinions and experience with others proudly .Furthermore, making decision carefully in addition to take responsibility. Besides, I learned the value of hard work and how to deal with problems at risk levels. I'm sure that I have ability to achieve my goals and believe that the joy one can experiences in helping others and serve my country. My desire for learning and education didn't stop there. I have also completed other certificates and course to complement my skills and knowledge.

As to my personality, I am very sociable and I love meeting new people .In reality, I enjoy getting into new cultures and learning languages. I believe learning Swedish language as new language for me will be a great challenge and I would love to perfect my English. Thus, I am looking forward to getting to know Sweden more thoroughly than I do now.
I'm sure that Studying in Sweden will be a great opportunity because Swedish educational system has very high standards of education and will increase my knowledge wider than I have now. I would be fortunate to study management in the Lund University which is highly ranked in many international comparisons of higher education and has been consistently placed in the world's top 100 universities in recent years.
