...I hope that time you will VS I hope the next time

But if I ever play with you one more time, I hope that time you will win.

I hope you will win the next time, if I ever play with you one more time. But I hope one day I will play with you one more time and that time you will win. Are all three of these correct? Can I replace "one more time" with "once again"?

Great advise ThombD. I am teaching Emglish in Vietnam at the moment. And all the works that school student have to do are similar to the above exercise. They forcus on traditional grammar and learn English by the book. Not by speaking as native English speakers doing on daily basic.
