I heard this on TV

Does the second sentence mean anything because I keep reading it over and can't figure out the meaning?
They are a very aggressive team and will give it their all. They have reflected that in their coaches personality.

Thanks

I assume it should read "They have reflected that in their coach's personality." To me it doesn't seem right. My guess is that it is supposed to mean "That is reflected in their coach's personality". Turning the passive into active does not work for me.

Perhaps you have misheard.

"They are a very aggressive team and will give it their all. They have reflected that (implied: aspect/characterisitc) of their coach's personality"
