I heard the following sentences on a reality Tv show and I know that when you speak sometimes it isn’t grammatical or natural but could you tell me what you think the sentence should have been like?
Should it not be « excited about »?
I am excited for how things are going.
Should it not be « revolves around his mother »?
Everything always relates back to his mom. He’s a mama’s boy.
Is it awkward to say to « have hopes on an idea »?
I had my hopes on the idea that I would have a wife.
I have never heard « naive to the fact »? Is this correct?
You are naive to the fact that....
From the context I gathered it meant « stands out that we need to deal with » Is this correct?
Is anything sticking out of your mind in regards to the wedding?
Shouldn’t it be « to anyone other than him »?
I can’t imagine having the physical attraction to anyone else like I do with him.
Shouldn’t it be « I read » instead of « gauged »?
I gauged him right. He’s exactly the person I thought he’d would be.
Shouldn’t it be « This was meant to be. »?
This is what was meant to be.
From context I think he meant « reading too much into it. » what do you think of « dog too deep into. »?

The 2 of them are in a different head space as it pertains to their physical relationships.
Shouldn’t it be « because of how I feel »?
I don’t feel right wearing this ring based on how I feel. I don’t know that I want to marry you anymore.
Shouldn’t it be « How do you feel (that) you’ve... »?
How do you feel (like) you’ve been coping since the accident?
