I heard him say / said....?

I understand that normally we say 'I heard him say...' because 'say' is a bare infinitive. I just wonder if there is any chance that we may say 'I heard him said...'.

But you could say
eg I heard him said by Mary to be stupid.

I have never seen sentences like the example you have cited earlier 'I heard him said by Mary to be stupid'. You mentioned that it is not common English. I guess that is why I, a non-native speaker, had never heard of it.
