I hear .... now.

I hear the MP's now.

This is said from a sergent in fictional military game.

Saying he can't go wandering off the basement of the building.

What I'm wondering here is: is there anything the sentence suggests rather than literal meaning?

I mean It's noe like he had disability and then he can hear now?

Also after than he said something like this: speaking of which, guess your first stop.

I can't seem to find what that means, also.
