I hear it sound

I heard an american say " I hear it soud~", when they hear a sound.

But I thought " I hear is sound*s* " is correct.

Which one is correct?

"I hear it sounds."

These sentences are wrong. You must have misheard.
It should be I hear a sound.

I think she said " I hear it , sound".

She was catching a fly with her hads.
