I havn't done in some exercises,i need help.

Hi,
I have the task :
Rewrite the following sentences, using the words given.

4.This is the first time I have driven a car.(never)
My answer is : I have never driven a car , but now it is the first time . (Am I right?)

2) Can't you find your keys? (lost)
My answer is : Have you lost your keys?

1) They arrived in Eilat two days ago . (been) - someone he doesn't know what is Eilat , Eilat is a place in israel .

My answer is : They have been in Eilat for two days.

Other task :
Choose the sentence that has the same meaning as the numbered sentence.
1) I strated on my way an hour ago .
a. I have been on my way for an hour.
b.I arrived an hour ago.
I think "a" is correct , am I right?

2)They have been on holiday since Tuesday.
a.They came back from their holiday last Tuesday.
b.That went on their holiday on Tuesday.
In this question I dont know which one is a correct.

Tuesday is when they started their holiday, so b is the answer - although "went on" isn't as good as "started" or "left for""

I dont understand why you chose in b . "b" explains that they went on , however , the sentence " They have been ..." in "present perfect " .

have been ...since - this shows they are still on holiday.
