"I haven't grown ..."

Is it natural to say "I haven't grown in height since 3 years ago" ?

How else could I say this?

Thank you

Thanks for your reply Marius Hancu.

How else would you describe somebody (teenager) who has not grown in height for a while and possibly stopped growing in height?

Thanks again
