I haven’t already tried that way. help me please

Hello Teachers



A: Drinking some hot milk before you go to bed will make you easily fall asleep.

B:

1.) I haven’t already tried that way.

2.) I have not tried that way yet.

Is there any difference?

Because some native speaker use " I haven't already tried that ."

It's just not idiomatic to say 'I haven't already tried that'. You would only say that in some uncommn contexts.
