I have/had about two years of extensive customer service experience

"I have/had about 2 years of extensive customer service experience."

If the experience happened about 10 or 15 or 20 years ago, do I use "have" or "had"? I still have the experience. It is on my resume. Just a past experience.

Thanks.

As you still have the experience, use have. Using had gives the odd impression that you have lost your experience somehow. CB
