Can you please explain the differences?

1- I have two sons, who became doctors.

Can you please explain the differences?

1- I have two sons, who became doctors.
2- I have two sons who became doctors.

1. I have only two sons. Both of them became doctors.
2. Two of my sons became doctors. (We don't know how many sons there are.)

But you can use 2 even if you have only two sons.
