I have two questions about grammar

Should I take out "politeness" or take out "respect?"

"As a client services agent, I treat customers with politeness and respect."

Second question: Does it make sense to use the word "Currently," to start a transition sentence? This sentence is going to follow my first paragraph.

"Currently, as a client services agent for Penswell Insurance, I meet customer expectations by treating customers with politeness and respect, responding quickly to requests for help, and participating in team problem-solving."

"I am currently meeting customer expectations as a client services agent for Penswell Insurance. I treat customers with politeness and respect, respond quickly to requests for help, and participate in team problem-solving."
