I don't know what you mean by 'inverted'.
A simper but similar example is
eg I own the car that is green.

I wonder if there is subtle difference between "1" and "2".
1. I own the green car.
2. I own the car that is green.

I wonder if there is subtle difference between "1" and "2".
1. I own the green car.
2. I own the car that is green.

That's an interesting question.
Often no difference is intended. But I feel that that #2 puts more focus on the car than on the colour.
