I have two grammar questiona, please revise them..

1. Ice is less denser than the liquid from which it is formed. 2. Several of New Orleans' most historic structures borders Jackerson Square, which is in the heart of the French Quarter.

The problem is the 'less denser' part.

It should be 'less dense'.

"From" is correct; the problem is that "denser" is already a comparative form. We can't say "more denser" because it is a repetition and we can't say "less denser" because it is a contradiction (it would mean "less more dense"). So Ice is less dense than etc.
