I have to write a persuasive essay and I wanted to know if my thesis statement is right.
Giving Birth Control to Teenagers
It doesn’t matter whether if you are a male or female, your life can be changed forever by getting a sexually transmitted disease (STD) or pregnancy. Think for a moment on how this will affect our teenager’s life and what it will be like for them. We know that the best way to prevent an STD or pregnancy is to not have sexual intercourse which in other words abstinence. However we all know that now these days more teenagers are becoming sexually active. This way if we give our teenagers birth control, they will be prepared to protect their selves and their futures.
