I have this doubt about this statement:

So I have read this statement like 10 times:

Bulletins by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion du Québec (MIDI) or the Ministère de l’Immigration et Communautés Culturelles (former department name) if:

  • The version was issued between June 1st, 2011 and October 16, 2012. Ensure that your most recent assessment in “interaction orale” is level 4 or higher (Échelle Québécoise); or
  • The version was issued since October 16, 2012. Ensure that your most recent assessment is in “interaction orale” or “compréhension orale” (listening) and “production orale” (speaking) is level 4 or higher (Échelle Québécoise).

My bulletin says: Interaction Orale (French sentence) 6.

Production Orale: Blank

Comprehension Orale: Blank

Since my bulletin was issued after October 16, 2012, I doubt if the part "Ensure that your most recent assessment is in “interaction orale” or “compréhension orale” (listening) and “production orale” (speaking) is level 4 or higher "

Makes 2 possible conditions:

COndition 1: Interation orale OR(Here is the point of my concern)

COndition 2: "compréhension orale” (listening) and “production orale”.

If i meet one of this 2 conditions I can use my bulletin, or I need to meet Interation Orale + compréhension orale + “production orale”?

I don't know if this make sense to you. ANy help?
