I have taken breakfast.
I have taken lunch.
I have taken dinner.

Do native speakers use 'taken' for meals? Thank you.

No, at least not in American English. In the U.S. all of these would be "I have had . . . " I don't know about the U.K.

I remember hearing "I have eaten breakfast."

Is it correct to use 'eaten'? It sounds weird for me.
