There are several questions. I hope you could kindly help me.
1. These Terms of Use shall be considered accepted by the legal entity receiving SIM Cards where these Terms of Use are included or by the legal entity accepting these Terms of Use as part of their login to the Solutions. (hereinafter “User”).
What does "included" mean?
2. The User are obliged to test the actual range/ coverage and data capacity at the site where a Sim Card is put into operation prior to putting the Sim Card into operation and relaying upon it.
What does "relaying upon it" mean?
3. The User is made aware of and accepts the accumulation of the usage of the SIM Cards as displayed in the Solution made be delayed with up to twenty-four (24) hours and in some instance, more.
Does this mean the following?
Accumulation of usage of the SIM Cards is displayed in the Solution with delay. (Is there always delay?) It is assumed that the User is aware and accepts the accumulation of usage.
4. XXX shall be entitled to invoice the User any amount claim from the telecommunication operator/issuer of the Sim Cards regardless of how the User use came into place.
What does "user use came into place" mean?
5. If new Terms of Use shall apply to a new shipment of SIM Cards the enclosed new Terms of Use shall be stamped on the front with a warning reading: NB! NEW TERMS. The same warning shall apply if new Terms of Use are supposed to be accepted as part of a lock in process to the Solution.
I don't understand what the highlighted part means.
Thank you in advance.
This is full of typos and bad English. "relaying upon it" appears to be a mistake for "relying upon it". "made be delayed" appears to be a mistake for "may be delayed".

"came into place" appears to be an attempt at "came about", i.e. "occurred".
"part of a lock in process to the Solution" makes no apparent sense.
By the way, do you know what the "Solution" refers
