I have one word to change in these sentences (5 questions)

Could you please help me with this?

- There/it doesn't seem to have been any damage from the heart attack.
- I was in good shape/form to win but that killed my chances of/my shot at winning the match.
- I'm sick, but it's not to say/doesn't mean to say that I can't do my job.
- What color eyes do you have/What's your eye color/Is that your eye color.
- The 2 teams were even in points./equal in points.
