I have not come for a long time until today.

Dear teachers,
Could you please help me express my idea exactly as below?:

Suppose It has been a long time I have been absent from this forum and now I come back and say:

" Hi teachers, I have not come to this forum for a long time until today. How are you ?"

By the way,is the sentence " Suppose It has been a long time I have been absent from this forum and now I come back and say:.." ok ?

Thank you in advance

Well, I say "Thank you, Tuongvan, and welcome back!", after you say:
"Hi teachers, I've been away for a long time, and want to catch up on the forum's activities. How is everybody doing?"
