Essay & Composition Writing

I have no one to tell me my grammar mistakes on my essay and I already turned it in. It was a description essay XD

My place of escape would be my mom's boyfriend's home. He lives alone and his job requires him to travel out of town every week and some weekends, so while he's away on business, he asks me to stay at his home to watch over it until he gets back. I don't mind since it's just me in the home alone.
The house is an ordinary white two story home that you'd expect to see in a subdivision that's about three years old. The first floor there is a living room, dining room, laundry room, kitchen, and a half bath; on the second floor as 4 bedrooms with two bathrooms. All of which is painted in a soft beige color that holds the outside light very nicely.
I normally stay on the second floor in my room while I'm there. My room is very spacious with a couch, queen size bed, ceiling fan, and a flat screen television. The natural light in the room is enough to keep it lite all day long without the need to use the electricity. Whenever I walk in this room during the morning, the first thing I always notice is how bright it

always seems to be in my room. It could be cloudy outside, but in here it'd seem like the sun was out shining.
When I first walk in the home, the first thing I notice is the "new" smell of the home. I'll take a deep breath, and then instantly I start to feel all the stress from that day start to rush out of my body like a fast moving river. After that I head straight upstairs to where my room on the second floor is at. Once I get in my room, I'll jump on the bed, and start to feel myself sink in as the mattress molds to the shape of my body. It feels so wonderful lying there feeling like you're on a bed of feathers. I look around the room taking in all of the calm and quietness of the room thinking how nice it feels to just be able to lay there without anyone to bother me.
I've always went here whenever I've felt at my limits of exploding or at my saddest moments, and I've always been able to sort things out after lying there for a while just relaxing in the bed, looking at the softly painted walls of the room, without anyone to bother me. No kids running in the house, loud noises, or someone bugging me. These soothing settings of this room and home make for a great place for me to when I need a break.
This home, setting in a subdivision, would probably seem as plain and ordinary as any other to most people. But to me that house is and will always be my safe haven from the stress's and issues of everyday life.
