I have no more than two hundred dollars in the purse.

I have no more than two hundred dollars in the purse.

I have only two hundred dollars in the purse.

I have not more than two hundred dollars in the purse.

Do all of the above mean exactly the same to you? Thanks.

I think they can all be used to mean the same thing. ), only the 2nd sentence means you actually have 200 dollars, and in the 1st and 3rd sentences you could have anything between 0 and 200 dollars...

I think they can all be used to mean the same thing. However, if you want to take things very literally (!), only the 2nd sentence means you actually have 200 dollars, and in the 1st and 3rd sentences you could have anything between 0 and 200 dollars...
