I have no money. My wallet and bank account are empty. I am flat broke. I have $0.00. I'm poor. This is figurative and frequently the person saying this will actually have some money. Very few people actually have $0.00.

I don't have the money. I don't have enough mon

Maybe my question is flat-out wrong.
What i want to know is the difference of between "have no" and "don't have".
You see, people used to said that "I don't have a dog" but they didn't "I have no dog"
I thought it has more profound concept for certain people to use.

Anyway thank you for your help. I'm really appreciate it.
