I know it is incorrect to say 'feel' or 'notice it go by' but I am trying to convey the thought. Do you understand what I mean and how would you say it?
I didn't pay my motor bike in cash. I decided to pay in 10 installments of $100. That way I wouldn't feel the money go by. Had I paid 1000 I would have felt it go by. It would have hurt but 100 a month, you don't even notice it go by.
Thanks
