If you want to specifically name them, then fill in [x] and [y]: I don't mind doing [x], but I'd prefer to do [y]. For instance: I don't mind doing the gardening, but I'd prefer to do the cooking. If you've already talked about them, or it's clear what you're referring to, then say: I don't mind doing this, but I'd prefer to do that.
