"I have met her."

If someone says, "I have met her.", do you understand exactly what it means or what he intends to say? Or do we need adverbs such as just, already, before, since, etc?

Thank you so much as always.

As written, it's meaning is not immediately apparent without the help of a time modifier, or adverbial phrase. So yes, an adverb ,i.e. just, already, before, previously, or several times etc will complete the meaning.
