"I have made some notes to the order."

Hi all

I am wondering if this is good English. I wanted to say that I have added some remarks to an order I placed online.

I have made some notes to the order.

Thank you.

Best wishes

Peaceblinkfriend I have made some notes to the order. The combination "made some notes to" does not seem right to me. You can say "I have added some notes/remarks to the order" or "I have made some notes/remarks against the order", for example.

  • Peaceblinkfriend I have made some notes to the order.
  • The combination "made some notes to" does not seem right to me.
  • You can say "I have added some notes/remarks to the order" or "I have made some notes/remarks against the order", for example.
  • You can also say "made some changes/amendments to", but this has a different meaning of course.
