1. Last Friday I had a chance/had an opportunity to travel to the UK with Microsoft which is the new company I have just joined/ I have just been hired.

Is this sentence grammatical and ok to say?

Your sentence has some shortcomings.

The first thing is that, at least without context, it's not clear whether you just had (a chance)(an opportunity) to travel to the UK or whether you actually travelled to the UK. I'm guessing that you did travel to the UK, but one shouldn't have to guess what the sentence means.

If you went to the UK, say 'Last Friday I took the opportunity to travel to the UK with Microsoft, (which is) the * company I (have just joined)(have just been hired by).'

* As Microsoft is not a new company, I would omit "new". I know that you mean Microsoft is new to you as your employer, but you do also say "I have just joined".
