hello everybody i am 13 from Taiwan.My teacher say" What do you consider the tone of the speaker is " is wrong.But I think she was wrong, don't I?

Remember that "i" is not a good English word.

My teacher says " What do you consider the tone of the speaker is?" is wrong.

"What do you consider the tone of the speaker is?" is OK, but not what a native English speaker would say. So I take your teacher's side.

A native speaker would ask (while the speaker is still talking), "What do you consider the speaker's tone to be?"

If the speaker has finished talking ask, "What do you think the speaker's tone was?"

That is not what you meant to say. If you are asking for someone else to agree with you, write this;
