I have got few doubts about general grammer. somebody please help.

1.How do i say when I am referring to someone younger to me ," He is younger to me" or " He is younger than me"?

2.When I have already sipped or tasted a bit from food and somebody reaches to taste it and is not aware that I have already tasted it, What should I tell them.. " I have already salivated it?
