I have five years' experience or I have five years of experience?

Which of the following sentences is correct?

1) I have five years' experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.

2) I have five years of experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.

If both are possible, do they mean the same thing?

If so, which would you use or is more commonly used?
