I have doubt that ....

Hello~, everyone.

I have come across the follwing sentnece on the internet, and I hav a doubt about it.

1.I have doubt that my wife has cheated me.

Should it be as the below?

2.I have speculation that my wife has cheated me.

Deas #1 mean 'I don't think my wife has cheated me'? Although it seems not right. I'm not so sure, On sencond thought, it could be possible.Would you teach me?
