I think the above sentence is correct. But I have problems with it. I will break it down to make my point clear. I understand "other actors" could be taken out and put at the end. But what about the "as", how can it be omitted or ignored? Please guide me.
I have done as many magazine covers as (other actors) or may be even fewer than other actors.
