I have big problem with past tenses..

I have big problem with past tense

Whenever situation come across using past tenses

Particularly using past continuous and perfect tense
And in case of present perfect and past simple

Any tips?

Especially during interviews I will go wrong when they asked me narrate story or movie i watched

any source for practicing to improve it that would be greatful
