I have been looking forward to speaking to a foreiner for long time.

I have been looking forward to speaking to a foreiner for a long time.
I have been looking forward to speak to a foreiner for long time.

The first sentence is what I learned from school
The second sentence is what a English speaker shown me!
Which is just the correct one?
Could anybody help me with it?
