I have been a little overwrought these day.

I have been a little overwrought these day and wondering if at length it will do more harm than good to me. My mind keeps telling me that no good can come of it if I were to do that. Maybe it's time to follow the gut feeling. I don't know, upon my word, I really don't know.

Could you please help me to correct these sentences?

Thanks.
