I HAVE AN IELTS WRITING ESSAY TASK 2. COULD YOU PLEASE SEND ME SOME RECOMMENDS?

In companies, promotions to higher positions should always be given to employees inside the company and not to somebody outside the company or new hiring.

What is your opinion on this?

Recruitment plays a vital role to Human Resource of an organization. It is commonly believed that the advancement should be given to an internal staff instead of a new talent from outside. In my opinion, the recruitment should be based on the best interest of the company.

It is understandable why many people argue that an in-house employee must have priority for a promotion to higher position. The first obvious for that is familiar with the general working of the business. For instance, a person who has a long-working time in the company, they absolutely would have numerous experience and must-have skills in work. Therefore, they totally could accomplish the work and solve the problems in the most effective way. Secondly, it is unnecessary to vocational training for an insider. This is because the promotion often is given to a person who has the position lower a level than the position that company need. For example, an assistance manager have more likely to be a manager than others who have the lower position. Similarly, they have the opportunity to get used to the job and know how the company operate it. Beside, it is also create the motivation for people, giving them positive reasons for working hard.

On the other hand, I think that the most deserving candidate should be hired. The reason for that the recruitment from external sources is expensive. An outsider may offer a lot of new ideas into a company, however that organization has to pay advertising fees from online recruiting sites, social media sites, magazines or newspapers. In addition, if an inside employee is not qualified and talented that get promoted, leading a competition between staff members. This is because some people think that they deserve to achieve the higher position.

I personally believe that inside or outside employees should get equal opportunity to a vacant high-level position.
