I have an English presentation. Can you help me review it?
Many people believe that hiring a friend to work for a company brings many benefits. In my opinion, I disagree with the above opinion.
First of all, managing a friend as a staff member is troublesome. Because not everyone could draw a clear line with friends at work. It’s pretty weird to order a friend to do everything according to your requirements.
Secondly, You could face risks of damaging relationships. Because Arguments and conflicts are unavoidable at work.
Last but not least, It is challenging to make the company’s personnel believe that no favoritism exists. Any tasks that are assigned inappropriately with your friend’s ability will surely arouse a sense of favoritism among the staff. This makes the working atmosphere heavy and negative.
For the reasons above, I strongly believe that hiring a friend at work may have more risks than benefits.
