I have a question.

M:Can you make it on your own from here?
W: Yeah, thanks for escorting me.
M: Don't mention it. I had a wonderful time tonight.

(a) Me too. I'll walk you home.
(b) Like wise. Let's do it again soon.
(c) I'm glad I could return the favor.
(d) I'd invite you in if it wasn't so late.

what does the sentence-"Let's DO it again soon" mean in (b)?? I don't understand what's the verb "do" indicating in this sentence...

could the choice (d) be a possible answer?

Let's do it again means-Let's walk together again or let's do the work together again.
(d) is a possible answer.
