00 i just wanted to ask if any of you might know how to inhance my english in order to speak like in the lord of the rings movies?02br
00 cos obviousley the grammar in the movies is different then the regular one.02br
00 for example when boromir or someone whom i can't recall asked the ghosts if they would join his army and in return they will get their enternal peace he said :"what say you?" there are better examples of such high marked language02br

There are people who enjoy going to festivals or events where people dress up in Renaissance-style clothing (or what they THINK looks like Renaissance era), and you could talk that way at an event like that.

But if you spoke like that in conversation, people would assume you learned all your English reading books set in that era.

Some people do sometimes use deliberately antiquated expressions, for "humorous" effect. It's a rather mild form of humour.
