Grammar

I have a presentation today.

Please correct my grammar and I will rehearse it. Opinions about my speech would be great.
I am going to talk in front of 18 students.. so I want to interest them. Emotion: smile here it is.
Oh, and my topic needs to be related to science.

I chose raw food vs cooked food because it's important to know that raw foods contain all of the nutrients that our body needs. Once it's cooked, this structure can change, thus, most of the nutrients will be lost due to the heat. On this presentation I am going to do a comparison between raw food vs cooked food, but first I am going to explain what is raw food, the benefits, and what happens when they are cooked.

So what is raw food? They are unprocessed and uncooked foods such as raw nuts/seeds, raw vegetables/fruits, and sprouted grains and beans. What are the benefits? They are rich in enzymes which helps us digest our food properly, they are rich in nutrients such as minerals and vitamins, especially vegetables and fruits,
weight loss, reduced risk of heat disease, and clear skins.

What happens when they're cooked? study has shown that it loses about 50 percents of nutrients and I think you lose about 80-90 percent of vitamin content due to the heat. Also, you can lose half of protein, destroy a few minerals, destroy antioxidant, and enzyme will be destroy if heated above 106 degrees F.

---------------

And then I am going to start comparing raw food and cooked food using graphs.
