could honorable masters check the below par?

"I personally disagree with public ideas that stand against women engagement into police force and address these women as bad persons; while on the contrary, we want women to keep their Islamic ethics everywhere they are as this is an art itself. They should prove their efficiency and behave healthily within the society so that they encourage others and also serve their families, sisters and compatriots as to be a symbol and can help others."
